Yes! Our instructors are here to support you from the moment you walk in. We’ll help you set up your bike, explain the class format, and encourage you to move at your own pace. You don’t need to be a pro — just show up and try.
Each class starts with a beat-based spin ride (no screens or stats — just rhythm and energy), followed by strength training off the bike using weights, mats, and your own body. It’s a full-body workout that leaves you sweaty, empowered, and strong.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and if you have spin shoes with SPD cleats — great! If not, we’ve got you covered with shoes at the studio.
