This is a balanced, time-efficient workout designed to deliver cardio, strength, and structure in a single class — no guessing, no wasted time.

This rhythm-based spin class is built entirely around the music. Ride fully immersed in the beat with melodic house, deep house, and trance, moving through jogs, climbs, sprints, and dance-inspired rhythms that keep the energy high from start to finish.

Spin to the beat through jogs, sprints, and climbs while using dumbbells and resistance bands throughout the class to sculpt strong arms, fire up the core, and build powerful legs.  

ALL FIT - HIIT THE WEIGHTS

 a strength-driven HIIT class that blends weight training and conditioning for maximum impact.
 

Hiit the Weights combines the strength-building benefits of weight training with the heart-pumping intensity of HIIT. Using medium to heavy weights of your choice, you'll move through targeted lifts and explosive cardio bursts that challenge your endurance, sculpt lean muscle, and help you burn calories. 

ALL FIT - POWER & FLOW

  

a Pilates-inspired, mat-based strength class designed to build deep core strength, control, mobility, and total-body stability.


This class blends precise strength work with flowing movement to improve posture, balance, and coordination while strengthening the muscles that support everything you do — on the bike, under weights, and in daily life. Expect intentional sequences, controlled pacing, and full-body engagement without high impact.
